hello Dr. avilia is just 3and 6 month old. she isn't increasing weight and she had major pain in lower abdominal area. she has only 9 kg weight

THe weight gain after age of 1 is not quite rapid as in the first year of age.
They probably triple their birth weight by age of 1 and then doubles by age of 5.
You could get her examined, to get a clear picture as pain in the lower abdomen occurs due to varied reasons
