hello Dr and mommies ! I'm mother of 7 months old and breastfeeding. I'm loosing and lost so much hair. could anyone help me to deal with this via medicine or supplements. thanks in advance 🙂

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Hair fall usually happens because of many factors and most of the time its multifactorial. Most important is the requirement of proper nutrition where a diet rich in good amount of protein iron and other micronutrients is important. Iron and Zinc also plays important role. Other factors could be hormonal disbalance specially thyroid hormone . A good care along with maintainance of proper hygiene is also necessary . Use good product gr specially a mild shampoo with a good conditioner.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. Make an onion coconut oil at home you can easily find a recipe online on YouTube you can go ahead with applying it into your head 3 to 4 times in the day for better results for the more if you require you can consult a dermatologist as well
