NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy1 Year agoA. hello yes it is absolutely fine to feedl the baby once in every 3 hours now which is not a problem and you can check on the growth of the child and if the babies gaining a minimum of 600 gram to 800 gram per month then it is a good weight and nothing to worry
