Hello Dr. A few days ago i found blood in my son's stool and post tht i saw once again but not very prominent.. Also his stools are hard.. he used to drink less water now i make sure he is well hydrated.. Anythng i need to change in his diet to help with his stool.. is blood in stool a major concern? should i visit Dr.
