Hello doctr The question is regarding my son who is 25 kg..From Friday he is suffering from fever,cough,vomiting and also doing loose stools 3-4 times a day..kindly tell what can we do... Thanku

A. could u please advise antibiotics.. can we give limewater(nimbu pani)..are these the symptoms of dengue or malaria ..?

A. needs antibiotics ok. in loose motions baby will be losing lot of water and electrolytes please give ORS coconut water milk and zinc to the baby to avoid dehydration if the baby is getting dehydrated better to see the doct
