there is no use of the cream as it is applied only on the blood clot and after vaccination it is the reaction of vaccine therefore just only cold sponging is recommended

I'm not sure about that medicines. Usually If there is fever give paracetamol as prescribed by your doctor. see that if there  is a pain and little swelling, give a hot compress to baby. Soak a cotton cloth in hot water squeeze it and gently press on injected area. Ensure wzye risnt too hot. Also cold compress czn help baby relax. If there is heavy swelling or puss or heavy redness then immediately you should see your doctor.
