Hello Doctors.......since birth I saw this type of skin in my 2 year 6 month old baby boy hands...n somewhere in neck n legs.....can u plz tell me that what is this??....is it normal or should I consult with doctor.....

A. according to the symptoms of the baby it is advised to get a proper physical examination done which wgfould be helpful for the dohvctor to to find out the the treatment for further management consult dr.
