Hello doctors can I give oats to my 13months old baby ? if yes then please suggest me the best oats which is easily available in the stores as well ?

Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Steel cut oatmeal is not easy to find but it is one of the tastiest form of oats. It needs to be cooked for a long time. Flattened or rolled out oats are easily available in the market but boil them in water for about 5-6 mins to be consumed easily. You can give oats porridge or oats and apple porridge or oats dosa.
