hello doctor, why my baby always twist his hands backwards? is their any issue

A. Most babies have a startle reflex (also called the Moro reflex) when they hear a sudden or loud noise. It might also happen if they feel like they're falling or if they're moved suddenly. Startling may make a baby suddenly straighten their legs forward and throw back their arms
