hello doctor, what to do for the pain and hardness over areola due to over secretion of breastmilk?

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl3 years agoA. Hi, after feeding take little coconut oil and gently massage around the area and leave it for sometime repeat this every time after feeding. But make sure to clean it up before feeding. hold the baby in a correct position and make sure the Aerola is completely inside the babies mouth so that it will be easy for baby to latch properly and the pain also will be reduced.
