Hello Doctor what happens if mostiquoes bite to babies on head or forehead /anywhere Is it harmful ?

One question if u can pls answer,
What happens if water goes directly in baby eyes while bathing 4-5 (different days)
Is it harmful?
I have noticed from 3-4 days that her one eye is little watery sometime.
