Hello Doctor, The hospital staff took my baby for the clearing purpose but the skin of my baby got affected and his skin comes out, the doctor advise us some ointment. He is 1 month 5 day, he got scar. Help us to remove this scar.

A. was it due to hot water?? follow your doctors advice and apply the ointment given for a few days and keep a watch if it gets reduced. maintain proper hygiene and skin cleanliness

A. No, after he born the next day they took him for changing clothes and wash his face, but his skin affected.
