hello doctor suggest me that calcium and iron connect foods that can get natural way

A. Calcium rich foods are milk and milk products and Vitamin D you will get from sunlight and iron rich foods are green leafy vegetables black raisins prunes. Figs apricots watermelon berries jamun and take Vitamin C rich fruits to improve iron absorption
