hello doctor, my son vishwa was 12 month baby now. still for vishwa in chest milk is producing not yet stopped. so many babies within 3 month that chest milk will be stopped. but for my child it is coming while pressing him. A. Hello good evening !! Yes babies have milk ducts in chest and it will be reduced by expressing out in the initial days. While doing massage express out milk by pressing nipples and clothing with heat (hot pack with muslin cloth). Those milk ducts will vanish after pressing and doing hot pack.
