Hello doctor... my son is 8month old he is difficult to doing motion... and he is crying when he doing motion.. please help

A. it s normal for baby. constipation or hard stools is common in babies . Change diet habits . Avoid junk food . Give fibre rich diet like green leafy vegetables, palak , cauliflower etc . And fruits like papaya apple etc . Give plenty of water and other fluids also . Can give laxatives post 2 years age only under a pediatrician guidance .
