Hello doctor. My son is 6 months old, his poops are greenish in color and very liquid in texture for the last 6 days. Rice porridge is his complementary food for almost 20 days. Can you please advise me on this!

If stools are soft and easy to pass do nothing.
If stools are loose, watery, foul smelling, consult paedriatician .

But the presence of mucus can also signify that your baby's fighting off an infection. Essentially, any earth-tone shade of poop, from brown to yellow to green, is probably just fine, according to the American Academy of Pediatrics.
