hello, doctor my son is 4 year 9 month old his height is 102 cm and weight is 15 kg I am worried about his height and weight for both what should I do for growing his height he is super active boy whole day he is playing outdoor games please suggest me..

A. Whole grains, dals, and pulses are a good source of protein, iron and vitamin B. All of these nutrients promotes the development of a child and boosts his/her metabolism. If you want to increase your child's height, then include dals, and pulses in a daily diet.
