Hello doctor my son is 3 years and 4 months old. in the afternoon today he collided with an iron gate and bled his head. should I go for tetanus vaccination.

A. Hello my dear parent ! Without proper physical examination does not possible to understand severity of the injury. Get your child personally examined by the paediatrician and seek medical guidance in this matter. Clarify your concerns and follow your doctor’s advice .
