hello doctor my son is 3.5 years now, he is suffering from vomit n loosemotion now days.. plz suggest me something good for him. he is not taking anything like coconut water n electrole etc

A. definitely give him quite a lot of fluids like coconut water vegetable soups ORS frequently face passing lose water is tools because he is having infection and you need to consult a Doctor properly mean while keep giving him enterogermina Zinc supplementary...
