hello doctor my son is 2years old from 2days onwards he is getting mucus in cough I'm giving him ambrodil syrup but it does not effect can you suggest me any other syrup

Hut suggest you to give ginger juice and honey with a pinch of black pepper three times in the day with a pinch of black pepper into that that’s one of the finest home remedies that you can use along with that also I’m going to recommend you that you please make sure that you’re giving steam regularly indirectly
