Hello Doctor My son is 2 yrs 1 month old I'm unable to increase his weight as soon as I feed him, he will go to potty all the 3 or 4 times after his meal and snacks. So please do suggest me

A. according to the symptoms of the baby it is advised to get a proper physical examination done which would be helpful for the doctor to to find out the the tytreatment for further management consult dr.
