Hello doctor My son is 2.7 years old, he is having cold and cough since 1 month due to weather change.and now there is white spots on in his lips and in mouth ..what is the diagnosis and treatment

Disco probably be dry skin and nothing else many people eat regularly with a hand Kosam Te the skin normally becomes drive and little white from that place so you can apply Boroline anti septic cream and once it becomes soft you can wipe it off with a soft cloth that is what you can do
