hello doctor my son is 14 weeks old. he is suffering from a fever and I noticed some rashes on his feet

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. do give paracetamol drops for fever as advice, It is often due to a viral infection. . It will usually go in a few days itself. There is no specific treatment for the rash. may apply himalaya lacto calamine lotion
