hello doctor my son has been cold for 5 Days Should I give antibiotics..... which one is good suggest me......agumentin duo or bactoclav ds 457

A. Child is having cold you can give anti-allergic to you cannot just randomly decide to give antibiotics to the child which would not be advisable to be given it gives a load on the liver and is very unhealthy to give antibiotics without consulting the doctor
