Hello Doctor, My son develop some red patches and itchiness on his body. Not sure what cause this allergy. He hadn’t eat anything new. Can you suggest any medicine or possible cause of it.

A. Hello mom allegra can be given should work well , this could have probably causes very much due to allergy, could mostly be because of food , or any clothes detergent as well
