hello doctor my son 3 month 20 days old...his weight is 6.8kg. but I feel breastmilk is not enough for him.. when he was born his weight 3.9kg.

in such conditions feed more often or ise formula milk till 6 month of age

Three-month-old babies may start eating less than they did previously. Breastfed babies do get more efficient, so it's normal for your baby to feed in about half the time it took them to feed as a newborn.
