Hello doctor, my sister's son is 22 days old and he doesn't sleep the whole night, keeps on taking breast milk, once stops giving breast milk he starts crying, gets distracted for some time if he listens to rattle sound but again starts crying. Giving tummy time and burping. Please advise

Bonnisan five drops you can give maybe the child is not hungry and is crying constantly because of stomach pain you can give this medicine maximum four times in the day and tummy time you should not give before completing the age of three months it is not advisable
