Hello doctor my self archana dixit.my son has 3 years old but he can't heard my word.he never understand.he is not say to me muma.many times he felt outside of head.when he was completed his one than all things was good. he was reasons properly. but now he never on my face when I say something. please doctor tell me what I should to do
