hello doctor, my kid is 2.5 months old. for the past few days, her stomach seems to be big which looks like stomach upset. she hasn't passed motion since yesterday. she is exclusively breastfed. is there any remedy ?

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is assoctiated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydgration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
