Now Baby is eight months old give semi solids,semi mashed, Mashed foods fruits and vegetables puriees, mashes, cerelac, idly,dal kichdi, mashed dal rice, curd rice, roti pieces with dal, curd, porridge,kheer are suggested.
Avoid sugar, salt, oil use ghee, unsalted butter, cheese while preparing baby foods.
