NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello yes ypu can be giving your child egg in the diet but try with small quantity first and make sure the baby is not allergic to it and if incase there is any family history of egg allergy then you will have to avoid it for the child till it compltes one year
