Hello doctor, my daughter is spitting water after every feeding. She is slightly making coughing sound.plz suggest what to do?

A. A Bit of spitting is considered very much normal with kids they do suffer with stomach reflux which is why do end up throwing up quite a milk and water out of a feeling you do not have to worry about that at all
