hello Doctor.. My daughter is of 10 years old & in Jan she will be of 11 years. she is very smart, active & intelligent. My fear is her weight is 28 Kg, which I feel is less. Pls suggest what should I do? or any another suggestion? pls .

A. hi parent weight is ok take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning but not under cloudy sky use simply purified water having tds higher than 450 avoid tough to digest food please gie hrr probiotics
