Hello doctor ...my daughter is having fever since 2 days ....when I give her medicine ...th fever thk ho jata h ...but after 7 hours dubara ho jata h ... suggest something ...giving her dolo250 3.5 ml .... no cold no cough ....

A. it may be any viral. For fever paracetamol can be given to baby 3 to 4 times in a day and steam along with any cough syrup like ascoril can be given to baby 3 times in a day . But if any difficulty then consult near by doctor .
