baby ko vieal fever h medicine de rhe h 2 din ho gye medicine dete huye but fever abhi b aa jata h din mei do baar...

A. hello actually minimum of 3 to 7 days it takes for viral fever to reduce at least minimum of 3 to 5 days medication should be there after that you can see usually antibiotics will be prescribed check with your doctor and keep your baby hydrated well and very hygiene
