Mam if the headache has been constant with your child and it would be good for you to get it checked with your doctor without a proper assessment I cannot give you a clarity most common reason that I have seen with kids at an early age is that they get spectacles so please get a check with your doctor to clear your doubts and treatment if there is an issue
