Hello Doctor. My daughter is 5 yrs and 1 month old. she weighs 20 kgs. She is a fussy eater. she always refuses to have vegetables. in fruits she has apples, at times banana. please guide me how to provide her complete nutrition and if any health tonic is required

A. 20 kg weight is good.. Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine or lots of sugar.

A. Hi mom Kids are fussy in eating food. Give natural appetiser like coconut water, jeera water, curd with mint, ajwain water etc to increase the appetite of ur baby. Give food in colourful and attractive plates that attracts baby toward food. U can buy#Babyhug feeding bowls spoon plates that are attractive and colourful and BPA free. Give variety of food and choices to ur baby as giving same food daily looses baby's interest in eating
