Hello doctor my daughter is 3 years old from yesterday she is saying chakkar ahra and head is paining, now also she got up from sleep and crying n saying chakkar ahra and head is paining ,she is saying Ghar is moving ,help me what to do

A. Immediately consult your doctor to know what is the problem because it’s such a small age if your child is constantly complaining about spinning then there is definitely some problem that you need to address to please visit your paediatrician in the first and dance and please get it checked with your doctor and proceeded with what they suggest
