Q.

hello doctor my daughter is 2 years 3 months old.she has runny nose doctor suggest her nasal spray ecomist , can suggest me other options of nasal spray!!

A. cold is mostly flu infection where basically symptomatic treatment as requirned give paracetamol for fever and decongestants like sinarest will help also give steam inhalaftion and hot saline gargles .

A. Nature spray or saline water if the doctor has advised which is completely fine for you to use it’s one of the best things that you can use for your child either the problem is persisting even after using them then it could be an average reaction in that case you should definitely recheck with your doctor for an allergy test
