Hello doctor my daughter is 2 and half month old birth weight was 2.5kg and now it is 4.2kg is it normal?what I can do to increase weight ?height is 51cm , she is on breast feeding plus formula also

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Baby immunity and growth can be taken care of by giving a proper diet with all the nutrition required for proper growth of the child .
vitamin C, zinc, iron and vitamin D has key role in this.f
Multiviftamin syrup like syp full 365 can be given 5 ml twice a day for 1 to 2 months.
Give all the vaccination required.

Its Absolutely go your child has gained 1700 g in this much of time so that’s extremely good a child should be gaining about a minimum of 400 g every month see your child is gaining good is child is getting more than 400 g so just continue feeding in the same way
