please encourage your child for physical activity like walking jumping skipping cycling etc
please avoid all packeged Food and product with refiened flour
please include natural probiotics in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk butter lassi curry dhokla idli etc
it contains good bacteria so make digestive system strong
