hello doctor my boy babys private part foreskin is little redish pink colour the skin is loose is it normal or is there is any problem please tell me

It is normal dear. Please apply oil in there and make whistle. It will open on own In few days because baby is small and skin is soft.
Apply your breastmilk on that red area about which you are talking. Please apply Himalaya baby cream or coconut oil everytime before using the diaper to prevent any rashes.
