hello doctor, my baby was born with 3kg birth weight and she is gaining weight very very slowly now by the end of 6 months she is 4kg I'm very worried about this slow weight gaining but she is happy highly active and achieving milestones on time....please suggest something to boost up her weight gain

A. Hello mom that means last 6 months she has only gained 1 kg ? That’s quite less .. she should have almost doubled her birth weight but on the other hand it’s good that she is active and able to achieve her milestones on time . Now you may along with your feed weaning foods can be introduce to them - so you can give a mix of liquids and semi solids and soft consistency diet
