hello doctor, my baby makes hmm sound like he is pooing most of the time. but he doesn't poo those time. Is it due gastric issues.

A. may not be related to gas In small babies it is quite normal to have pain in stomach due to gas you can give colicaid drops to the baby e 0.5 ml 3 times a day
