hello doctor. my baby is preemie. now he is 3 months old now. when he sucks milk from my breast it comes out. does he have tongue tie

A. there is no relation to tongue tie and milk coming outsidefor further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management
