Hello Doctor, My baby is of 1yr 5months and he is not having food properly. He will just have one or two bites and stop eating. At one go he never eats food completely. And drinks my milk in between. And in evening he will be having one banana and in dinner he won't eat anything. Can you please guide me what foods should we introduce to him or how should we feed him so that he eats properly.

A. Dear ma’am, kids learn to eat healthy foods by seeing us. So instead of force feeding sit with your kid and have one meal everyday: also allow your kid to decide when to eat and how much to eat
