Hello Doctor, my baby is of 11 months. there is some scaly patches on her scalp. What can i do to remove it ? pls suggest.

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. if baby is having any scalp issue or dryness then it should be examined properly by your doctor as many times baby can have a fungal infection in the scalp which can persist

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Right before putting Baby into his bath, rub some coconut oil, baby oil or olive oil onto the scaly patches his head and the surrounding areas. "Gently massage the oil into the area that has the flakey, scaly skin of cradle cap," says Dr. Just be sure not to use too much oil, or it will be difficult to get out.
