hello Doctor my baby is exclusively on breastfeeding..his birth weight was 2.4kg..he is just 3 months now.. weight is 4.5kg..last weight was measured exactly 12 days ago..no visible weight gain for 12 days.. urine 12-13 times in 24hrs.... please suggest...i m worried about the weight gain

A. Good amount of urine which means your child is getting sufficiently full by the feeding that you are giving but my concern is also because the doctor say it should be a minimum of hundred grams every week so that’s not happening then you monitor it for another 10 or 12 days if you still see weight gain is not happening then you can start formula feeding and see if that helps
