hello doctor, my baby is 7 weeks old but he is not smiling at faces. is it something to worry? maximum by when they should smile?

A. Hello dear parent! This is a normal finding in small babies. It might take around 2 to 3 for baby to smile and recognise people. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage. Good luck and take care
