Q.

Hello doctor, My baby is 7 month old. Some days she will make lot of noise and sound and some days she will be totally silent. Please suggest

A. it is quite common in child dont worry it gradully normal be communicative with your child give semisolids 2 to 3 tupers of fruits per day and keep breast feeding and make sure burp properly after each feed.
